Jacobs Vehicle Systems goes live with re-designed web site
Bloomfield, CT, October 18, 2005 -- Jacobs Vehicle Systems , a wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) and manufacturer of Jake BrakeŽ engine retarders and valve actuation systems, announced the launch of their new web site today. The new site, www.jakebrake.com, features updated web design, improved navigation, updated graphics and a new search function.
Jacobs also introduced a new web section explaining the full array of Jake BrakeŽ brand technologies including Variable Valve Actuation and IEGR, which have received much attention from engine companies worldwide as an element of their 2010 emissions solution.

Two Connecticut based companies developed the site. Fathom (www.fathom.net), an applied strategy firm that, provided the brand enhancing design and Infotree Web Services (www.infotree.com), delivered the improved search functionality.
